The 3K systems consist of three interconnected chambers. The polymer solution is prepared in the first chamber and reaches the second chamber using the displacement principle. During this time, the solution matures. The finished working solution is finally displaced into the third chamber, the so-called dosing chamber, from where it can be continuously dosed.

Stainless steel dry material feeder with dosing screw
Water equipment: PVC pipework, water line with shut-off valve, pressure reducer, solenoid valve and contact water meter to manufacturer's standard
Nozzle mixer with dissolving water connection and additional connection for liquid polymer dosing
Control cabinet with PLC and operating display for settings and operation
Solution concentration freely adjustable from 0.05 to 0.5 % (optionally up to 1 %) at a maximum viscosity of 2,500 cP
Maturation time depends on the throughput rate
Process water: technically pure, min. 3 bar
