As a plastics processor, you manufacture and assemble high-quality tanks, apparatus and piping systems made of thermoplastic materials – from the workshop to commissioning at the customer's site – as part of an internationally operating company with branches in over 65 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture of tanks, apparatus and piping systems made of thermoplastic materials (e.g., PE, PP, PVC, PVDF)
  • Application of common welding methods such as hot-gas extrusion welding, hot-tool welding and hot-gas butt welding
  • Professional installation and commissioning of the manufactured components directly at the customer's site (primarily in the DACH region)
  • Carrying out leak tests and documenting the work steps according to specifications
  • Maintenance and repair work on existing systems in field service

Requirements

  • Completed training as a plastics technician, plastic welder or plastics processor
  • Solid knowledge of plastics welding and reading technical drawings
  • High willingness to travel for assembly work (regional/national)
  • Ability to work independently with precision and technical understanding
  • Class B driver's license required
  • German-speaking
