For our upscale kitchen, we are seeking a committed and professionally experienced individual who works with passion, a strong sense of quality and creativity – as part of an international company with branches in over 65 countries.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of high-quality dishes at a fine-dining level
  • Preparation and processing of fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Contributing to menu and daily specials development
  • Ensuring attractive presentation of dishes
  • Adherence to hygiene and quality standards
  • Organization and cleanliness of the individual workstation
  • Assisting with goods receipt, storage and inventory control

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a cook or comparable experience
  • Experience in fine dining is an advantage
  • Meticulous, organized and clean working style
  • Passion for cooking and working with high-quality ingredients
  • Team player, reliable and responsible
  • High standards of quality and hygiene
  • German-speaking
